The Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs contracted with Focus EduVation to develop an eLearning curriculum to replace a two-day in-person training course. Focus was attentive to our needs, worked with us to complete necessary tasks as required, and achieved all of the deliverables outlined in our contract. Our project experienced delays outside of Focus’ control. In those instances, Focus worked with us to keep the project moving in a productive direction. For the last two years our teams have worked very closely together on this flash conversion project. After the first few weeks of learning and some initial bumps it was wonderful to see the whole process smooth itself out and work seamlessly from that point on. I was consistently amazed at how well your team handled themselves converting complex and old flash assets and responding to our request. Rarely does a contactor stop and ask should a mistake in the original asset be corrected! This happened all the time. As the one who reviewed these assets, I can truly tell you how happy I was to approve these and how rare it was to send back a correction. Because your team did such a great job of meeting deadlines and quality control, I was able to spend more of my time helping my team achieve their goals.

Quincy College has embarked on a large-scale expansion of its online offerings in preparation for launching fully online degree programs. Focus EduVation has played a pivotal role in designing master courses for many of the new courses rolled out in the past 12 months. Working in conjunction with QC subject matter experts, video lectures have been prepared that capture the essence of each lesson and engage students with the key concepts under consideration. The first aspect that drew me to Focus Eduvation was their flexible model — they offered everything from turnkey course development to individual learning object creation. We opted for somewhere in-between; using our in-house subject matter experts and existing material, EduVation partnered with us to create and publish six new English Language Arts courses that were more engaging for our students.
